On April 25th, we hosted an engaging workshop at Cook & Book, organised by Humana—a community dedicated to HR enthusiasts (a special thank you to Estelle Mentior and Lauriane Verspecht as well as Michel Godart). The focus of the event was on team cohesion, utilizing our distinctive Team Cohesion Score (TCS) methodology.
The session began with an introduction to the foundational concepts of the TCS approach and its measurement system. We also discussed the typology of teams derived from our initial survey results:
- Performing Team: Score between 50% and 100%
- Dormant Team: Score between 0% and 50%
- At Risk Team: Score between -50% and 0%
- Failing Team: Score between -100% and -50%
Participants were then tasked with brainstorming practical solutions tailored to each of the four team categories. The outcomes and proposals generated were insightful and beneficial for all attendees. Solutions emerged that would transform a failing team into a rejuvenated unit or elevate a dormant team to high performance in just minutes, if concrete measures were to be taken in those situations.
