9 CUBE is introducing the Team Cohesion Score to the world. A simple, yet not simplistic, indicator that will help team leaders, human ressources professionals, C-level executives and also employees to capture and see how cohesive the teams forming their companies are.
The Team Cohesion Score (or TCS) can be summarized as follows:
- It is a key indicator of the level of team cohesion within an organisation
- It helps to capture employees’ feedback on where the cohesion of a team, a department, a squad, a division, a branch, a country, a global organisation stands
- It allows to identify areas of improvements that need to be addressed in priority in order to reinforce the organisation
