Quentin Mees

Experience

With over twenty years of experience in brand strategy and organisational culture, Quentin helps companies reconnect with what makes them distinct and move forward with clarity. His career spans digital agencies such as Emakina, international environments including a co-founded concept store in Bangalore, and long-standing freelance practice across Belgium and beyond. Working with organisations ranging from MedTech Europe and Radisson Hotel Group to independent entrepreneurs, he has developed a rare ability to operate at the intersection of strategy, identity and human dynamics.

Mission

Quentin’s work starts where fragmentation becomes costly: when brand, culture, story and direction no longer speak the same language. His approach combines brand positioning, employer branding and culture alignment to help organisations find coherence and act on it. Whether building a brand from scratch, navigating a merger, or realigning leadership around a shared vision, he works as both strategist and creative partner, bringing together the analytical and the human.

Education

Holding a programme in Entrepreneurship from ICHEC Brussels Management School, and certified in Coaching and NLP by CFIP, Quentin complements his strategic foundation with deep expertise in human behaviour and personal development. Additional training in UX/UI research and design at CEPEGRA, as well as a background in communication, photography and film, gives his practice an unusually broad creative and perceptual range.

Culture

Rooted in Brussels, shaped by experiences in India, Mumbai and across Europe, Quentin brings a genuinely international sensibility to his work. Fluent in French, English and Dutch, he moves naturally across cultural and organisational contexts. He thrives in environments where complexity is real and surface answers won’t do, bringing proximity, curiosity and a calm insistence on getting to what truly matters.
