Experience
Nicolas is a senior commercial transformation leader with a strong track record across revenue leadership, sales transformation, and commercial performance improvement.
He combines executive-level hands-on experience with deep commercial excellence expertise, gained through interim leadership, consulting and enablement roles such as Interim CCO and Global Sales Enablement Lead. Across these roles, he has helped companies strengthen go-to market execution, improve sales effectiveness, elevate commercial performance, and build more scalable revenue organisations.
Mission
Nicolas helps companies turn commercial ambition into significant and lasting performance gains. His contribution sits where commercial value is most often won or lost: organisational design, operating model, sales management practices, methodology and processes, data quality, commercial technology integration, and disciplined execution across revenue teams. He is particularly effective in situations where multiple levers need to be orchestrated in the right sequence, with the right level of intensity, to improve performance structurally without creating change fatigue.
In M&A environments, he focuses on the commercial side of value creation after the deal: preserving the strengths of the acquired business, structuring the integrated commercial model, keeping cost-of-sales under control, upgrading the go-to-market, and unlocking additional revenue from the combined customer portfolio to capture the commercial upside of the merger.
Education
Nicolas studied Law and Applied Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and later complemented his development with executive education in Sales Management at Vlerick Business School, Change Management at IMD Lausanne and Executive Influence through PMI.
Culture
Fluent in Dutch, French and English, Nicolas operates naturally across Belgian and international business environments. He has worked with teams and programmes across multiple regions globally, and brings strong sensitivity to the fact that practices and methodologies do not travel well when copied mechanically. His strength lies in making them land across different cultures while preserving local context and individual authenticity.
