Over more than 25 years, he has worked across a wide range of environments, from hands-on technical roles to managing teams and leading IT operations within SMEs and service organizations. This journey has given him a deep understanding of both technical and human challenges in growing organizations.

He is certified as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) by the Data Protection Institute and as an Enneagram Profiler (HPEI).
